Delicatessens, like ham, salami or chorizo, can have rather different aromas and are often served as an appetizer of different sort of it. We would recommand two types of red wines, either a light-bodied but with aromatic intensity wine, or a more tannic with barrel notes wine, depending on your taste or the time of the year (warm weather requires light wines, for cold weather we would recommend a more tannic one).
