Duck and Goose

Duck and goose meals have their own specificities as their meat can have a strong and spicy taste. It is neither red meat nor poultry which is why they deserved a category on their own. Most of the time they are served roasted, so we do appreciate to pair it with a full-bodied wine with presents barrel aging aromas in the bouquet and vegetal notes to melt with the spices during the last seconds on the palate.
