Fish

We are here talking under the 'fish' name about the most popular whitefishes such as cod or halibut. Grilled, smoked and fried fishes will have their own categories, as will oily fishes. Traditionnaly we do associate a fish dish with white wine, because of its acidity or freshness, but in certain cases, red wines can be suited too and be posessing the same characteristics.
