Winemaking process: Viticulture in mechanical harvest with on-board sorting. Traditional vinifications with low pressure pressing, static cold settling and fermentation between 17 and 19°C. Aging in stainless steel vats.
Appearance: yellow straw
Aroma: Expressive and aromatic nose, with notes of fresh citrus, green tea, rose and pear.
Palate: The palate is fresh, revealing aromas of lemon, honeysuckle and white peach.
Pairing: White wine pleasant to drink as an aperitif but it also goes very well with fish, crustaceans and shellfish, like pan-fried scallops. It can also be enjoyed with truffles and as a dessert with honey-coated goat cheese.
