Winemaking process: Viticulture in manual and mechanical harvest. Traditional vinification with reasoned extraction by pumping over and shedding. 20 days maceration. Blend with 50% matured in French oak barrels.
Aroma: Open nose with aromas of aromatic herbs, noble leather and kirsch black fruit.
Palate: The mouth is very distinctive, with hints of fruit brandy, black pepper and nutmeg. The finish is long with perfectly integrated tannins.
