Winemaking process: Viticulture in manual and mechanical harvest. Traditional vinification with reasoned extraction by pumping over and shedding. 15 days maceration. Aging in concrete vats.
Aroma: Open and expressive nose of ripped red fruits, pepper and liquorice.
Palate: Racy and Mediterranean palate with aromas of forest fruits, raspberry, aromatic herbs and zan. The finish is supported by elegant tannins which give the wine good aging potential.
Pairing: To taste on grilled meats, game or a nice Camembert.
