Description
Winemaking process: Manual grape picking, transport to the winery in small crates, sorting at the winery.
- Appearance: This wine is distinguished by a garnet-red colour, quite deep and brilliant, a sign of a very light filtration.
- Aroma: The first nose is dominated by red fruits, including wild blackberries to give way to peppery notes, followed by a palette of aromas of garrigue, blond tobacco and finally mint.
- Palate: We find the generosity of the sun of Provence with a beautiful fullness and a well-melted richness. The blond tobacco is also present in the mouth, evolving on mineral and acidulous notes which confers to this wine a nice freshness.
- Pairing: A pretty tapenade on artichoke backgrounds announces the colour. This wine can also be served with well-provençal dishes such as “pieds et paquets” or a beef stew.
