Traditional methods of harvesting and destemming. Harvested by parcels of vines which are pressed in separate vats.
- Appearance: Deep violet colour
- Aroma: The bouquet is composed by notes of ripe red fruits and a hint of spices.
- Palate: An expressive mouth built on matter, the tannins are present but with a nice grain and an intense fruity potential on the aftertaste.
- Pairing: Grill, meat, grilled vegetables.
