Traditional vinification methods following harvesting and destemming. Each parcel of the vineyard is vinified separately, majoritory manual harvest.
- Appearance: Garnet and ruby color
- Aroma: Develops a very pleasant nose of dark fruits (cherry, blackcurrant) with discreet but present notes of liquorice and cinnamon
- Palate: The palate is balanced, revealing fine tannins and a good structure, a charming and elegant wine
- Pairing: Grilled meat or vegetables
