Winemaking process: Once the syrah harvest and stem separation is completed, pressing occurs immediately. Careful drawing off at 6° over a 12 hour period. Managed fermentation at a constant 16°
Appearance: Light salmon colour
Aromas: This wine has a great aromatic expression of white acidic fruits like pears and Granny apples aromas.
Palate: the mouth shows a great freshness and its deliciously acidulous finish makes it a rosé with character.
Pairings: Aperitif, poultry, vegetable salad and fruit desserts.
