Description
The grapes are harvested mature, followed by a six hour maceration before a soft press. Using natural yeasts only, the wine makes a spontaneous fermentation prior to a 12 months oak barrel aging on fine lees.

- Aroma: A very pleasant bouquet with roasted notes and some automn-like aromas such as spices, vanilla and blackcurrent
- Palate: Great balance with a very silky tannin touch
- Pairing: Perfect with a juicy red meat
