Winemaking process: Complete vinification in 500 L barrels (French oak). Regular punching of the cap during fermentation, handling minimum during maceration (1 month). Racking and maturing during 12 months in the same containers.
Appearance: Garnet colour
Aromas: Red and black berries with delicate spices, particularly sour cherry and cocoa
Palate: Velvety, intense and persistant, with a pleasant mouth
Pairings: Grilled vegetables and/or red meat. Perfectly suits a winter meal.
