2/3 of manual harvesting, temperature controled pelicular maceration for 24 hours then gently pressed to keep the aromas. Bottled at the end of december after malolactic fermentation.
- Appearance: Pale golden color, with green reflections.
- Aroma: Passion Fruit, peach, yellow fruit.
- Palate: Incredible mouthfeel, it takes the entire palate wihout any heaviness. To be enjoyed now at a serving temperature of 10 degrees.
- Pairing: Will joyfully pair any apperitif, salads, fish dishes.
