Winemaking process: The entire wine estate is hand-picked. Vinification is made parcel per parcel – Fermentation is made in casks and aged for a year on lees. This one is the true jewel of the estate, with 42 degrees steep slopes.

Aromas: The nose is dominated by lime and flintstone notes
Palate: In the mouth, the mineral tension gives a fast salivation that leaves a beautiful impression on a great aftertaste length
