Total sorting and destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, 5 months on lees at low temperature in order to preserve a maximum of aromas.
- Appearance: This wine has a light bodied pale yellow colour.
- Aroma: We have a fruity fragrance based on citric notes and some white flower fragrances that ends with a hint of an almond scent.
- Palate: This wine has a fresh attack, quickly replaced with an opulent body and a rich complexity of aromas.
- Pairing: Grilled fishes, fish and chips and seafoods.
