2/3 of manual harvesting, temperature controled pelicular maceration for 24 hours then gently pressed to keep the aromas. Bottled at the end of december after malolactic fermentation

- Aroma: Exotic fruits and nutty nose enhanced by cloves and camphor
- Palate: Dry and balanced by sweetness and a touch of bitterness. Complex and enduring
- Pairing: Exotic main meals, fish, white meats. Good also as meditation wine.
